CONDITIONS OF SALE

Prices listed at are given without engagement in EURO (€) ex. works, excluding VAT (Value Added Tax), transportation costs and local import taxes. Orders can be placed directly with BetaTech bvba via email ([email protected]) or via the website: www.arasystem.com. All inquiries concerning your order and transport should be directed to [email protected]. BetaTech is the producer and owner of ARASYSTEM. BetaTech is the sole distributor for ARASYSTEM in Europe and accepts worldwide orders. In addition, Japanese customers can choose to order via BM equipments (www.bmbio.com).

SHIPMENT

BETATECH bvba looks for the most economical and secure transportation solution. Our prices listed on the website do not include transportation costs.  When placing your order, transportation costs will be added for selected destinations and a limited number of parcels. In Europe we use a fast door-to-door surface network (2 – 3 days) in collaboration with UPS. For other destinations, we use door-to-door air cargo. Customers are welcome to inquire for transportation costs in advance to their order ([email protected]).

URGENT DELIVERIES

Goods are shipped out once a week. Should you require fast processing of your order, please tick the 24 hours processing box on the website order form. Your order will be shipped within 24 hours of receipt and we will use express delivery (overnight for most destinations). An additional charge of 50 € for express handling and the additional costs of the express delivery will be added to your invoice.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

Payments need to be made within 30 days of the date of the invoice. BetaTech bvba reserves the right to ask for prepayment of the ordered goods in non-EU countries.

LATE PAYMENT

In case of late payment we reserve the right to charge 50 € administration fee, additional collection expenses and legal interest allowed by law. If the invoice has not been settled within 30 days of the date of invoice, we will stop further deliveries pending receipt of cash or satisfactory security. All cost due to late payment and applicable interest will be charged to the customer.

PROPERTY OF GOODS, COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTES

All goods remain property of BETATECH bvba until receipt of payment. Buyer should inspect the goods directly upon receipt and inform BETATECH bvba of any shortage or damage within 5 days after receipt. We only accept return shipments after prior written permission and shipping instructions by BETATECH bvba. Dispute cases shall be submitted solely to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Gent, Belgium.
